Wouldn't normally post a review but on this occasion I will.What a joke this place is. I turned up at 10:32 ( shoukd open at 10:30 ) and was greeted with a curt response of 5 minutes not open yet.After the 5 mins I asked could he cut me 2 blades from my key. The response was a flat NO we don't do 3rd party keys".However he would cut one if I bought from them.This guy really needs a course in customer service. Obviously not happy in his job."

I took my watch in for service and new glass, i couldn't have had better service, a nice man Steve, was very helpful and funny, Seiko had put a new strap onto my watch, (free of charge) and he altered the strap to fit, wonderful customer service in all areas.

Was a bit pricey but a good quick service.

Life time battery for the watches I took in how cheap that worked out!
