After initial call, they responded very quickly to have someone come and have a look.Mark came to replace a broken window handle, and helped to aligned the window afterwards.He kindly returned the next morning to add a rubber seal to the handle.Lloyd and Mark also came to help align the balcony door and helped grease the hinges.Thoroughly fantastic jobs, very helpful on the phone and in person, with great expertise and would not hesitate to recommend them.Thanks Mark and Lloyd for all your amazing help!!Alan& Lulu

Excellent service!I've had a problem with my French doors handle. It was quite tricky as the manufacturer is German, therefore the spare parts are not easy to come by. Lloyd has been able to research, advise, find the spare part needed and ultimately fix the issue in a very short time.Professional, approachable, respectful, friendly and courteous.This is how every business/tradesperson should operate.I seem to understand they go around east London on e-bikes, which is quite commendable. Extra points for sparing a though for the environment too!Highly recommended.
