These 5 stars are for Dr Jaime Martinez the primary vet and Megan, the groomer, for their care of Kovu our German Shepherd.Kovu can get rather anxious, but that wasn't the case when he was seen by Dr Jaime ,Kovu felt at ease with him! Dr Jamie presented himself in the most calm manner and that coupled with his professionalism and knowledge gave us immense confidence .Megan has been grooming Kovu since he was a puppy and it's easy to see how much she loves her job and Kovu too!Thank you

I’ve been bringing my Persian cat for bath and tidy every 3 months to the Paws in the City Ealing branch for a couple of years now, until I found the Paws in the City Greenford branch! The staff are amazing here and so knowledgeable and helpful. Megan is an excellent groomer and so good with my cat. My Persian cat never looked better after her bath. She was very well brushed and deshedded and Megan was so knowledgeable. The receptionists were also so helpful and friendly. Great team which in my opinion have made them the best compared to all the other vet/groomers in Ealing/Greenford area!I’m also considering changing my Cat’s vet to Paws In The City Greenford specifically if they provide vet services on weekends.

The best vet in Greenford. Dr. Jaime and the team always take time to explain and go through the diagnosis. The team really do care about your animals and go the extra mile, nothing is ever a hassle. Prices are very reasonable and you never feel rushed.

My dog is so excited to visit her vet as she always has a positive experience there. From her initial vaccines, puppy classes and now her annual check up she has never had a bad experience.The staff are engaging and happy to help. Can't recommend this vet practise enough.

I have been bringing Henley to Paws in the City Greenford since his very first puppy groom. He absolutely loves it and is so relaxed with Lorraine and Megan. They really care and love the dogs and always do the best job! Henley gets very knotted being a spaniel, and they are so gentle and always advise on what he needs to make sure he is the most comfortable while always coming out looking and smelling gorgeous! Thank you!!

Great grooming service and a pleasant atmosphere too. I would definitely recommend Paws in the City, Greenford for a thoroughly good groom and for veterinary care as well. I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Paws in the City Vets. Today, I brought my dog Fiona for a consultation, and not only was I informed that the appointment fee would be £40, but upon receiving the bill, I was astounded to see that they had overcharged me a total of £50 instead.The sudden price alteration without any prior notice is utterly unacceptable and reflects a lack of transparency in their dealings.I believe in paying fair prices for services rendered, but this blatant attempt at extracting additional money from clients is highly unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of respect for their customers. I expected better from a reputable veterinary clinic and regret trusting them with my pet's care.

Thi is a great practice. My dog has been groomed there for the last few months by a lady called Megan. Always very friendly and professional. Staff very helpful. Definitely recommend!
