They were the only company who could come straight away despite being really busy, we needed someone to stop the oil tank leaking, they sent Tom who was so professional that we decided to go ahead with a quote to replace the tank, because it was an environmental emergency, they came the next day. Superb service, kind, professional, clean working, didn't stop until the job was done. Would give them 10 stars if available. Thanks Tom and Max.

This is the second boiler Morgan’s have installed for me. Their engineers were pleasant and polite.Unfortunately I am useless with names but they do deserve recognition and rewards for their work. Extremely fast and efficient service (appointment happened within 2 hours of calling). Technician (Jo) was very personable, thorough, and sorted the problem. No added charges, everything as stated.Genuinely excellent service all round.

Booked an engineer to service my gas fire igniter only, for a fire that had been working perfectly in situ for over 20 years, he ended up pulling my whole fire to pieces and cut the gas supply off and left. Now the Company want £530 to reconnect the same gas fire, when I queried the costs, they have refused to give me a fully itemised quote, 21 November 2023 - I will be referring this to the Ombudsman.

Joe Collin arrived first thing and did a comprehensive boiler service. Polite, informative and answered any questions I had about the heating etc. Would I use Morgans again?. Yes, certainly.

Replacement boiler fitted this week can’t fault the service from start to finish. Engineers Tom and Max arrived on time ready to start the job. Preparation work was excellent, showing respect for the property. The work was completed in the timescale quoted, the property was left clean and tidy. Brickwork completed. Would highly recommend. An excellent customer experience from Morgans Plumbing and Heating.We've just had our entire central heating system replaced and a new toilet installed and the work was done to a very high standard by Danny.Danny worked hard throughout the full 3 days and took the time to check with us, if there was a choice about where a valve or pipe had to go. The heating system worked first time on fire up, with no leaks, which is a credit to Danny's plumbing skills.Thanks also to Jade for overseeing the quote and invoice and to Adam for helping out on a technical matter as well as Joe for coming out so quick to do the initial assessment.Strongly recommended.Thanks Alan

I initially phoned Morgans on Tuesday afternoon because a tap was flowing uncontrollably. Liam came out within the hour, capped off the tap and arranged quotes for this, and additional jobs. He was very respectful, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Luke returned today (earlier than expected) to fit new taps in the bathroom. Again, he was polite, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Also, I would like to mention Jade and Will in the office, who have dealt with my calls, and answered my questions promptly and efficiently. Thank you all. I needed to upgrade my 1000 litre single skin heating oil tank to a bunded one. There was oil to transfer out of the old tank and refill the new tank with original oil and connect to the oil line. From requesting a quote to completing the installation and removal of old oil tank Morgans were very professional, courteous, polite and tidy. Thank you.
