Human staff = Very good! Quick to respond. Quick to give help. Quick to give advice. Gave good rental possibilities. They used cheerful every day language to communicate. I hope to have future dealings with EdLets staff!

We always use Edlets when visiting Edinburgh.They have been in business for many years and I trust them. The web site is easy to use with a great range of accommodation and staff are friendly and knowledgeable

Edlets made the booking process easy, we were sent many options and we booked on-line. The Edlets staff were really helpful when it came to making our final choice.

Just a brief comment, after booking with Edlets and having a challenge with my lease, Edlets was less than helpful to solve problem. They kept my deposit after the lease I had was cancelled. I went to Air BNB and booked alternate spot, just had to cancel due to Covid 19 and Air BNB refunded all my money.Highly recommend Air BNB, do not use Edlets!!!!!

I wouldn’t normally write a review but this is categorically the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I hope this saves someone else from being subjected to an ordeal with Edlets. The original stay was impacted by COVID restrictions (NYE 2020) and we were offered a much inferior apartment on an alternative date (NYE 2021) for the same price which they failed to 'price match' as stated on their website - we accepted, as this is a challenging time for the hospitality industry and we initially thought this ‘good will gesture’ was better than losing our payment in its entirety, which they refused to even partially refund. Communication was absolutely horrendous throughout, they held off confirming bookings in case they got an enquiry for a longer stay and even said on the phone they were holding off for a better offer which left us in limbo, countless chaser emails and phone calls were required to finally get confirmation. We chose not to attend our stay in the end as COVID restrictions were ramped up for NYE 2021 and as such we lost our payment, which I can actually accept. What I cannot accept is how Edlets handled this, not one apology or even a slither of empathy. They do not care about their customers, please avoid at all costs and book elsewhere so you are not let down by this absolute shambles of a business.

SCAM ALERT! Tried to book an apartment with Edlets via AirBnB and they directed me away from Airbnb (which is against the Airbnb policy). On the phone, I made clear that I already had a booking request and gave my Airbnb booking reference to them (which they weren’t interested in at all). They then send me a revised quote for my initial booking which was 100£ higher than the initial price and without any of the securities you get on Airbnb. This is textbook scamming. I’d never book with them and would highly recommend to avoid them at all costs.

SCAM ALERT.they are running a scam on airbnb. misguiding you to take the conversation off airbnb first to confirm the booking. then asking to book another property which is far expensive. then saying owner is visiting so can't give booking. then saying your profile has different names. please DO NOT BOOK.

Really great and efficient customer service with Edlets, Edinburgh. They helped me out with much cheaper, last minute accommodation after being let down by my airbnb booking. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!

Hi, I've stayed with Edlets in a large apartment shared with friends. The apartment was as described, with private access from the street. It was interesting how the Edlets staff knew the apartment, I guess it gives you a competitive advantage to focus on one city. All went smooth.

Such HORRIBLE experience and the deposit money was never given back although all other rental services have given back deposits for cancellations due to COVID-19. Def will go with Airbnb in the future, as they have refunded everyone. Such a disgraceful company. I'd rather lose my 500£ deposit, than accept their offer of a credit note, so I never ever have to deal with them again.Over 30 emails back and forth, can you imagine that? Draining. Every time I get an email from them it ruins my mood.
