Great service! I was looking for carpet for my bedroom and stairs. Sam was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful as we went through the process of looking at different options and colours available. Once I had decided Sam gave me a very competitive price. I was very pleased with my purchase and will return to Carpetright when I need my next set of carpets.

We visited a couple of times, first to get quotes and then to pick options/pay. Sam (the advisor) was really helpful and knowledgeable, we didn't really know what we were looking for and he made sure we understood all of the options. He talked us through step by step, explaining all of the costs answering all of our questions. Overall, very thorough without pressuring for a sale, which was nice. Would definitely recommend them.

Great, friendly staff, Sashi helped us to finance our carpets and luxury vinyl tiles. From choosing the right flooring to financing all the way to fitting and after service…excellent…would definitely recommend . We are so pleased with the way its all come out!!!
