Had full assessment with Clifton at Sub-4 over 10 years ago. I have worn my custom designed orthotics every day since that time. As a result I have climbed mountains from Ecuador to Mongolia in complete comfort through desert, jungle and icy mountain conditions. I have had no problems with feet, knees hips or spine during this time - quite remarkable for a 78 year old. I can recommend Clifton and Sub-4 without reservation.

I've been a patient here for over 15 years, and I've worn Sub-4 orthotics continuously each day in that time. I attend for a review and prescription update every 18 months or so and get a new set of orthotics.In that time the orthotics have protected me from back, leg, ankle, knee issues which have been well controlled.I can't recommend Sub-4 highly enough.

A different league. Out of running for 11 months, and running out of ideas to get back to running. I visited numerous physicians and nothing worked till I visited sub4. Now back running. It works

Have been to a few places for orthotics and one actually caused injury gaining a hammer toe issue I never had beforeHaving flat feet, with previous issues of fasciitis, now hammer toe, arthritic nodes in feet and neuromas I am again able to walk comfortably on feet after also having bi lateral hip replacements. The insoles/orthotics are amazing and actually stop my feet and rest of body hurting or getting worseThanks Clifton

Clifton is a top level resource for injury prevention. I was a professional Olympic level athlete and travelled to see Clifton several times. He was a huge help to my career and came across as a real expert in his field. I would for sure recommend him to anyone.
