Best decision ever - I decided to start training with a PT as I suffer from knee pain and felt I was not able progress by myself. For almost 2 years I tried multiple things but I always had to stop my training due to my knees.I've been training with Hugh for the last 4 months and I feel I'm so much stronger and that I've made progress that I did for 2 years in 4 months.My priority is to lose weight and develop my leg muscles to make it easier on my knees. Hugh always has great tips for doing the exercises safely and he always motivates me to bring the best out of myself.I'm so grateful I decided to train with Hugh!

Fantastic coach!Hugh is one awesome PT. He was my spin instructor as well and I always want to push harder every class because he's just that good! I've had other PTs before but they weren't as effective and as knowledgeable. His program is super personalized and he's attentive as well so you def won't slack off. Definitely recommend!

Training with Hugh is never easy, but always worthwhile! He is very knowledgeable and always encouraging. I have no doubt whatsoever that he is just as invested in me achieving my goals as I am, often even more so, actually! He tells the truth and doesn’t sugarcoat things, but he always knows what you’re capable of and how to get the most, and the best, out of you.If you want to get healthier, fitter, and more informed about staying that way, Hugh is your best choice.

Hugh was recommended to me and I can honestly say I have not been disappointed. I noticed a change in my body and how I feel in a matter of weeks and that is down to Hugh providing excellent nutrition advice and good structured training sessions. Hugh is very direct in his approach and will push you out of your comfort zone in order for you to reach your goal but Hugh is also very supportive in listening to you and what your body needs. I enjoy training with Hugh as I'm always kept motivated and sessions vary from indoor to outdoor, weights to circuit training. I would highly recommend Hugh as a great personal trainer!

I had the pleasure of being trained by Hugh for over a year.I found that Hugh had significant knowledge surrounding his training techniques and was able to tailor training around goals I wanted to reach and also provided invaluable advice on nutrition as well as injury management. Hugh is passionate about his role and this comes across in his training. 100% recommended Personal TrainerHugh is a very experienced Personal Trainer tailoring training towards ability and desired results. He offers a variety of training from weights sessions- building routines that you can use at home to outdoor sessions- using a variety of walking/running, weights, resistance and medicine balls drills and games making for a fun session with great output without you realising how hard you have worked. Hugh is very personable with a sense of humour that matched mine so we got on brilliantly. He listens to you and your body without over pushing but still taking you out of your comfort zone to strive for results. When it comes to nutrition Hugh knows his stuff, offering great lifestyle dietary tips and monitoring via food dairies. I would definitely and have recommended Hugh for 1-2-1 personal training.

I have seen significant improvement in my fitness since I started PT sessions with Hugh. I was in a bad shape after lockdown in 2020. My blood pressure was elevated and muscle strength was deteriorated. Thanks Hugh’s help especially my cardio improved substantially after couple of months and I feel healthier.

121 Fitness and Nutrition is run by Hugh Brown who has been a fitness professional for nearly 20 years and brings that vast experience to each training session.I took Hugh on as my personal trainer over 8 years ago when I seriously needed help with fitness, my weight and health. Hugh devised personalised programmes to deal with these issues and over a period of time and patience we sorted them out.No two training sessions ever seem to be the same and this keeps the training fresh as you never really know what to expect. It's always hard work, but never dull. Even during these difficult times, Hugh has been able to keep in touch and continue the training either through Zoom, outdoor sessions or in a gym whilst always adhering to the latest Government guidelines regarding face masks, social distancing, sanitising etc.It's also great value for money!
