Didn’t delivery all items paid for, unhelpful staff who said that couldn’t locate our order despite it just being delivered. Second time it has happened, will not use again!

Pork chow mein had no flavour. Beef in satay sauce was watered down and both the meat and sauce was flavourless. Duck pancakes was nice apart from the plum sauce being extremely watery. Only thing that was nice and flavourful was the pork balls. Spent over £30 and wasn’t given a bottle of drink or free springs rolls like most Chinese takeaways. I only ordered here as Dragon Palace were closed. I will never order from here ever again. Worst Chinese in chingford.

We ordered through Uber eats, who messed up spectacularly... However, the staff here were excellent, and re-cooked our order immediately and sent it out through their own delivery service. Food was very tasty indeed - consistently good across all dishes and courses. Thanks very much - great food, first class service

Very tasty and good experience ordering from UberEats.Sweet and sour chicken is very nice and so are the pork dumplings! 5/5 will definitely order again

My local Chinese was shut due to being on holiday, so decided to order from here on uber eats. Ordered on a Saturday evening so do understand it being busy but waited just over a hour for food. The food came and spending 65£ and the food was way below standard... the chips were old chips fried again because they was rock hard and hollow inside. The roast pork/duck chow mein.. very old meat as it was so dry and grey coloured. Everything just tasted the same. The chicken from the kung po/sweet sour were dry. The best was the chicken balls fresh and big chicken chunk! Could be a one off but sorry not ordering from here again. Thanks anyway.

I just spent over £40.00 Not Good at all I waste my hard earn money. NO I WILL NEVER BY AGAIN .. I can't Understand why Deliveroo allowed these people to give customers this kind of food..
