I recently hired a variety of wedding items and decor from rustic love and was extremely impressed with the quality of their products and their exceptional customer service. The garden games were a huge hit with our guests and provided hours of entertainment for both children and adults. The children's gift bags were beautifully presented and contained a variety of fun and age-appropriate items that kept the kids entertained throughout the day.The name places, cake back drop, welcome sign, post box, apple crates, unplugged sign, and candlestick holders were all of the highest quality and really helped to set the scene for our special day. The attention to detail in each of these items was truly impressive and they all looked absolutely stunning when set up. Nicola is the most talented, kind and helpful wedding supplier that you could possibly ask for, nothing is ever to much trouble at all.Throughout the entire process, Nicola was very attentive to our needs and was able to accommodate all of our requests going above and beyond, helping in anyway she could and always had us in her thoughts when attending other weddings that had items we were looking for, that Nicola herself didn’t supply. Nicola was always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with detailed instructions on how to set up and use each of the items we hired although in the end, we asked Nicola if she was able to set up and collect for us which she was more than happy to do.Overall, I would highly recommend rustic love hire to anyone looking for high-quality and affordable wedding decor and an amazing wedding supplier that Nicola most certainly is. Rustic Love were so helpful and positive throughout our wedding planning process. Nicola was the friendliest supplier I spoke to when wedding planning. I'm really glad we hired things like easels, bunting, cake stands etc. that we'd otherwise have had to buy and only use for one day. Nicola is an absolute dream to work with. She is so accomodating, calm and her communication is just next level (which makes life very stress free when trying to organise a wedding from Australia). Nicola made our signs and we hired the frames and the stunning pampas grass arrangements that came with it, and we received so many compliments as they were so beautiful. Very last minute we wanted to hire some more items as the weather was looking to be rather soggy and she made this happen. Nothing was too much trouble. She was also able to deliver the items which saved us a big journey so we were ever so grateful! Thank you Nicola for your services leading up to and after the wedding! We hired the candle stick holders and the neon crazy in love sign with the copper frame. And I’m so pleased we did! The candle stick holders really added something special to the tables that our guests ate at. And the crazy in love sign was such a hit! We managed to use it as a back drop to our speeches and first dance. It’s really unique and a lot of our guests said they have never seen anything like it before. Nicola’s communication throughout was fantastic. She was really flexible in terms of collecting and dropping back the items and seemed more than happy to work around us. This was really helpful as the time before and after the wedding can be really busy so it was so helpful having a supplier work around us. Thank you Nicola! :)

Nicola was unbelievable from start to finish! I told her after our wedding that the day I booked her was the best decision I had made in my planning. The venue was completely dry hire which meant every single detail had to be made by me and I was feeling really over whelmed. We went for the full set up which meant every single corner of the day had something from Rustic love! From the ceremony arch, the aisle walk, the drinks set up, the signage, the doughnut wall, sweet jars, selfie station, neon signs, candle sticks and garden games! My GOODNESS it looked amazing!!! On top of that, the (countless) emails and changes of requests were responded to so quickly and always as if there was no trouble at all. They also never moaned once about the difficulty getting to the venue which involved a lot of steps!! From start to finish, they were honestly unbelievable and I am soo thankful I found them. Thank you to you both - our wedding would have been half the wedding without you ❤️

We are so impressed with the service from Rustic Love for the pieces we hired for our wedding day. The communication was really easy and we were able to customise the look to suit our day really easily. It was also a great help to not have to worry about the pick up and drop off from the wedding venue when we already had a million other things to organise so thank you again Nicola!

I really highly recommend Rustic Love! Everything that we hired looked so fab and transformed the venue. Nicola is so lovely and has the patience of a Saint! She is super responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
