I was recently buying a flat, however this fell through. Another flat came on the market with Wilson Defraine ,from the start Everything was great. They were very easy to deal with, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Jules showed me around the flat and she got all the snagging points sorted without any hassle.Everything was going smoothly when my solicitor dropped a bombshell on me. As the previous flat fell through I was then put to the back of the list and it would take 8 to 10 weeks to complete. I was all geared up to move in 8 days. I seriously felt sick. I tried lots of other solicitors they either said it would take 8 to 10 weeks or they weren't taking on any more work. I spoke to Hayley, told her the problem. She said leave it with her as she knew a solicitor who might be able to help. She certainly did, she put me in touch with Peter Maughan who completed Everything in 8 days.Also special thanks to Sam who kept me updated throughout.When I went to pick the keys up I was given flowers and a gift pack which was unexpected and great.Jules, Hayley and Sam I cannot thank you enough for what you did.
