I didn't enjoy my visits on this last two occasions. There were teenage kids in the restaurant who were making a nuisance of themselves. The restaurant also seems to be more focused on Uber eats or Just Eat or drive through than those customers wishing to eat inside.It seemed to take ages for my food to be prepared and the restaurant was not particularly busy at this time, but when it arrived, it was not enjoyable as the food was cold.This place needs to get it's act together.

Tyldesley branch.Absolutely shocking customer service. Useless managers who will not deal with your complaint.I ordered through the McDonald's app not a delivery service. Jake, the third manager I spoke to, admitted they did not put the food in the bags but now I have to proceed to complain to uber because they delivered it.Thirty minutes on the phone to find out the first person I spoke to was the senior manager who insisted to call me love.She then decided to pass me round the floor staff as she seemingly didn't want to deal with the complaint. I was then told the first person to answer was indeed the highest ranked manager there. Her tactic of shouting at me did make me angry, i apologise for my response, but I only wanted the food I ordered.Avoid ordering on their app at all costs.They took my money delivered some of it cold and the kids were upset because they had no tea.Just spoke to uber eats who McDonald's contracted the delivery to, thats what were told by McDonald's, and they don't want to know either.Awesome.RegardsLOVE!

Don't bother ordering on just eat/deliveroo. My partner placed an order which was accepted only for it to be cancelled when the driver was there to pick it up, over half an hour after the order was placed. Wouldn't have an issue if it was straight away but it just left us with no food when everywhere is closing.

Ordered on just eat time changed 3 times so 1 hour latrr i phone spoke to woman who did not care and said the been problems with drivers so i said well has it been prepared she said she will check said it left 20mins ago i will just have to wait see if food arrives if not request a refund

ordered on uber eats rang up as my delivery driver changed twice when getting to mcdonald’s i ring up asking what can i do. i was further told to cancel the order which u can’t do when the foods been made or wait for another driver but i did wait just for the whole process happened again no help from the restaurant left on mute on the phone call whoever was working 3/12/23 on management needs a wakeup call

I really don't understand why this place is the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to, and I visit here frequently. Sitting in the drive through for 5-10 minutes at any time is just unacceptable for a fast food" place.I'd really love to have an explanation as to why things take so long even when I order on the app. It's as though they prepare every meal fresh. Which is not the case I'm sure. Speed it up for crying out loud!"

Awful!!! McDonalds head office needs to investigate!!! Every order wrong, missing items, stone cold. Caramel donut labelled as berry muffin (I ordered blue berry muffin!!). Not cheap either £25 order. Shocking. Driver waiting 1 hour there just for them to hand over the food.. no care for allergies, or anything really

The worst McDonald's in the country. Never have milkshakes on, burgers seem like they've been built by a blind monkey, slowest service ever at the drive thru. Don't bother wasting your money here... go to an alternative McDonald's

Awful service, cold food that I watched sit there for 6 minutes waiting for fries to be added, sadly, all the drive thru, Just eat and other collection orders were plonked on top my my tray with 2 burgers on, one crew member told another to just complete the orders in any order, so mine on the tray remained at the bottom. When I do get to be offered my Philly stacks, they were obviously cold, so told them I wanted fresh ones, they were taken away and presented a while later as fresh .... They were not! , they were the same ones, Just slightly warmer, I watched what they did. I couldn't be bothered complaining to the kids again, and Georgia the shift supervisor just hung her head, turned away and ignored my plight. I got rewarded burgers, hot fries and a sorry. Awful crew and supervisor.
