Went into store to get my key fixed as the buttons were destroyed by the previous owner and Eddie who served me was really polite and professional and he fixed my key. There is no problem too big or small! I was in and out within 25mins with plenty of time for me to join my girlfriend to shopping in Asda, he is a absolute credit to the company - Thank you so much!!

I went today for a key cut and the service was outstanding. The person who served me was very polite and also gave me a small discount. I will recommend this store to others. Thank you

The Timpson timings at Asda Bletchley says its till 1800hrs. I visited Timpson at Asda Bletchley on 17th March at 1725hrs for passport pics for my daughter 2 yrs after finishing my work. The person there told me he needs to wrap up so cant serve me then. I smiled and told him ok i understand and i'll come tomorrow.Next day I logged off earlly from work, prepared by 2 yrs daughter and reached same place at 1600 hrs. It was the same man, he told me he is doing some banking work and told me to wait. I waited patiently. In about 15mins time he let me in and told my daughter needs to lie down for pic as for kid there is a cushion. I tried to make my daughter lie but she is a quite tall for her age and she refused immediately. I helped myself to pull the chair for picture. This process took about 10-20 secs max. The man told me he doesnt have much time and in a quite commanding tone told he can only give 15 mins for this. I then told him ok, if you calculate its not even 2 mins so we have some time. He then told he decides how much time he'll give.I told him i have come back from yesterday and already waited 15 mins outside and now this shouldnt be the way to react. He then said he decides on whom to serve and directly told me he doesnt wish to serve me. Imagine this being said for pic of a 2 year old.I told him I'll complain and he said I can go ahead and his name was Keiron/Caren/Karen.I registered complaint with Asda manager Johnny. This man Caren is either very lazy or perhaps worse he is racist. I am still to hear back on the complaint either from Asda or Timpson. The logo says 'Great Service by Great People', this should change to 'No Service by Worst people'.
