Don’t be impressed by the flashy website. I contacted this firm for a quote. Firstly I was disappointed to learn that they would only visit to do a quote at either 0800 or 1600 meaning that alternate arrangements for the school run would have to be made. I agreed to an 0800 quote. They didn’t arrive. I had been out at 0715 to run an work errand to get back for 0800. It was very frustrating. I couldn’t contact them as the phones don’t open until 0900. I was telephoned at 0850 to be told they had forgotten about the appointment. This isn’t good enough. Moving house is stressful enough, worse when professionals in the industry are unreliable.
