Francesca was recommended to me by a friend for an intimate wax that I wanted before a holiday. I booked online which was quick and convenient and texted her a few queries beforehand, she was more than happy to answer all of my questions and took the time to offer advice and reassurance.I had never had a wax before so was a little nervous for my first visit…. I shouldn’t have been!! She is honestly so so lovely, talks to you and makes you feel so comfortable the whole way through! I’ve been for my second appointment with her today and received the same high standard of care and attention to detail.I will definitely be a regular customer.

Francesca was so lovely and really made me feel comfortable especially as I was nervous about having a wax! She is lovely and bubbly and genuinely it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had. She’s got a loyal customer in me!

An excellent service with a smile and good banter. From my first ever waxing when I was scared to my regular waxes now Frankie always puts me at ease and makes it as painless as possible. She listens to her clients and goes at their speed. Her attention to detail is also noted during treatments.
