Always willing to help with corrections of glasses for my children and service of eye test is good. After care service is good.Only issue after hospital appointment the prescription glasses for my son needed to changed to a much stronger pair. Inconsistency should not be made with a consistent approach.

I was told in a week my contact lenses would be thereI allowed a bank holiday in to accountAnd popped in today a week and a half laterAnd was told there still kit inBecause Ben orders themNow because I haven’t had any for over a weekAnd going away FridayI am will now cancel my direct debit and go to a place more reliable

The best eye test my son has had in a long time! Did a full check for colour blindness after I mentioned there had been talk about him being colour blind and sure enough he’s severely colour blind! Wish we’d come here years ago!

Excellent service from start to finish from brilliant staff. I recently had a problem with one eye, filled in the triage form and had an appointment within 2 hours. Complete retest and fortunately nothing serious. Can't thank you all enough.
