My children and I moved to smileone after my previous dentist completey stopped NHS treatment. The smileone dentist and staff are brilliant. It is easy to book appointments, there is excellent communication throughout and the dentist is great with my children. I had to wait a while on one occasion but that is to be expected in any form of healthcare. Thank you for continuing to stay NHS for the many that need it.

Make me a late appointment! Very unrecommended dentist in Lewes, I waited for half an hour more, no one told me why I had to wait so long, my appointment was at 3:00pm, and it was not my turn until 3:30pm, I couldn’t help asking the front desk, only Indifferent answer, you have to continue to wait! She didn't apologize at all, and she didn't say sorry, she didn't arrive until 3:40pm, and the dentist's assistant also called my name in disgust, and she didn't apologize for delaying the appointment! And Malaysian dentists are not very professional, and the added teeth have not been carefully checked, and they may be afraid of delaying the next patient. The added teeth do not fit well, and it will be very painful when eating! After everything was done, I said goodbye to the dentist and the assistant, but the assistant ignored me and turned away very impolitely and disgusted! It can be seen that this dental clinic is not well managed either! From this team there is no good surroundings, but how could it be possible to have a high score of 4.7? So I decided to switch to another dentist!

Excellent service today for tooth extraction which was done quickly and easily. Very grateful. The dentures also fit well and overall very happy with the care I received. Thank you.

Seeing how well all the previous reviewers have thought of this practice, it seems hardly necessary to add my own.However, I would like to take the opportunity to show my appreciation of the excellent service that my wife and I have experienced over the years.Dr Ramesh Siva is not only provides excellent care of our teeth and oral health, but does so whilst showing empathy, and going beyond all expectations when it will add to the comfort and outcome of the procedure.The rest of the Medical Staff are similarly well thought of, and Reception are always friendly capable, and helpful.I am now a potentially grumpy old man, but can think of absolutely nothing about this Practice about which I can be disparaging.So therefore, an unconditional recommendation.

Ramesh is a superb dentist. I'm very glad my family are looked after by him, he's thorough, professional and really lovely with it too. Great service!

Had a crown fitted but sadly it has put my dentures out of line and they do not fit comfortable any more. I have sharpish edges where they sit away from the close contact they had before. Must get this sorted as soon as is possible as it is making things difficult for me. Will be in touch to get an appointment to sort the problem. £1000 is a lot to pay for the discomfort I am suffering now is not a good result

I have used the dentists at this premises for many years even before it was SmileOne, the service is always very professional and as someone who has a problem with sickness when having treatment they always make me feel at ease, and find ways to make it easier for me. The reception staff are also very easy to deal with and are always helpful and friendly unlike those at some other medical practices. No one likes going to the dentists but the experience here is made much easier.

Been into have a couple of fillings and a clean today. Have been going to Albion Street for over 30 yrs, and since SmileOne Dental have taken over, I have been really pleased with the service which I received. From the welcome at reception through seeing the Dentist for a check-up or having some work done, everyone is really friendly and lets you know what's happening through out the visit. Can recommend with no hesitation.Footnote: Had a small filling come out, phoned at 9am and was asked could I be there at 10:45, all sorted by 11am. Lucky I know that they had a cancellation, but they will try to help you out where possible.

I've been an NHS patient here for over four years. I'm pleased to see the same receptionist here (there's been very rapid turnover, and I'm so glad the current one has stayed!). My dentist Haran is really super lovely, he's calm, thoughtful and has made some great decisions to try and help me navigate a lot of teeth issues in the last few years. I was especially impressed with the way he handled my fear and stress earlier in the year- he really was super diplomatic and skilled. As well as being really good at explaining and technically very deft and professional. I no longer fear my check ups and actually look forward to seeing the team, who are SO nice. Thanks team, keep up the great work! It's not surprising they're not accepting patients right now- they're very good indeed. I feel extremely lucky and grateful to be at this practice.

Had 2 fillings today and it was a real pleasure to go to the dentist .Liviu was kind ,patient and so gentle.
