We had really bad problem with three wasps nests in our summer house, I called Anna on the Monday morning, she came at lunch time that day, quoted a good price and then got on with the job. She was brilliant, worked really hard to eliminate the wasps and then returned later in the week to remove the dead nests. She is punctual, cheerful, polite and extremely hard working, couldn't be better.
