Have to say this company ticks all the above boxes big time!Excellent communication first job was to look at a faulty smoke alarm sorted quickly excellant advice given too.Jeff and Luke then fitted an additional socket for us.100% recommendDid everything they said they would and arrived on time.Thank you

Jeff came to my property to replace 3 light fittings, disconnect the doorbell from the consumer unit (CCU) and change a socket. As soon as Jeff opened up the CCU he declared the installation unsafe. This was a huge shock since an NIC registered electrician had inspected the property and declared the installation satisfactory only 1 month before I moved into the property! Whilst changing the fittings, he encountered further wiring defects. I then asked Jeff to carry out an independent inspection and to provide a quote for the remedial works required to make my home safe. I am relieved to know that, due to Jeff's thoroughness, all the awful and dangerous DIY electrical work carried out by previous owners has now been sorted.

Came straight out in an emergency situation was extremely professional and reliable ,didn’t have no cash on me so offered to return couple days later for bill payment ,could not fault work ethnic ,keep up the good work mateJody xxxxx
