The worked an a new neighbours extension and look like they did a great job. Clean, tidy and considerate when parking. I’m shocked to see another neighbour posting negative feedback, saying they played rave music, we didn’t hear any rave music. They didn’t start too early and didn’t finish too late. I would recommend them and use them based on how they worked and the end results.

We recently had our bathrooms fitted by Darren and his team they were excellent from start to finish was done to a high standard and cleaned up after themselves would highly recommend

We were absolutely delighted with our refurbished bathroom. The work included redoing the plumbing, tiling and installing all new fittings. The workmanship was faultless and they stuck to their proposed timescales. The management and coordination was great. The guys kept the place tidy also. Big thanks to Darren and his team

Darren and his team carried out a garage conversion, the installation of sliding Patio Doors and a new full height window at the rear of our property. Darren worked closely with us and the architect to ensure all our expectations were met and we are delighted with the result. Darren was professional and punctual, as were the guys he has working with him. Communication is key throughout these processes and we were really pleased with how smoothly it all went. Would highly recommend.

Waste of time and extremely poor customer service.Wasted 6 months of time with Darren and two quotes with my bathroom renovations, trying to get the work booked in and constantly chasing him for updates.Now prices have gone up and Im back to square one! Nice guy, talks a good game but ultimately did not back it up with any actual work or customer service. I'd not 100% rely on this company as a word of warning.

If you would like to have a relationship with your neighbours after the work is done, DON’t use them!We live next to a current project Innov8 is busy with and they started just after the lock down began. We can see over the hedge to where they are working and not only did they do work on the house when the government clearly said they are not allowed to, they also did not keep their distance at all from one another. They arrived with the workers and just carried on as normal while the rest of the world are trying to stick to the governments rules and keep everyone safe.They also worked from 8 in the morning from Monday to Sat till 5 pm ( which is great for the client), but we as the neighbours had to listen to them working 6 day’s a week during lockdown and beyond without any break or opportunity to leave the house. They played rave music 8 am in the morning while I was trying to home school 3 kids and my husbands had to have zoom calls. There where a few warm day’s which we could not enjoy in our garden or open windows because these guy’s where just so inconsiderate and rude when we asked if they can switch the music off.We phoned to police and they advised us we can send the photo’s through and make an officials case against the company and owners, but we decided against it, because the owners of the house did not even know about all of this (and they will be our neighbours in the end) and we also did not want to make a lifetime of difficulty for Innov8.The work they have done looks well enough and I can’t comment on their work, but they are inconsiderate people and if they can treat us that way, how will they treat clients.Be warned!

Darren and his team installed our new kitchen that we purchased from Magnet. We were really impressed throughout - he was very reliable, always punctual and communication was great throughout. We would definitely use his services again!

We recently had our kitchen fitted by Darren and his team and they couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. All were very professional, gave great recommendations and ensured we were happy with the work being carried out and any adjustments that were being made. They were very friendly, efficient and made sure the house remained clean throughout. I have had two home improvement carried out by innov8 first of which was a complete refit of my kitchen which was done to a very high standard. I was happy with the first job and used the company again recently for a large hallway refit with oak doors standard and a Ramsey ladder install for attic access, again the job was of an expectational high standard. They completed all the work required from electrics, plastering and joinery work nothing is too much for them to do. I am currently booked in for a living room upgrade in a few months and look forward to seeing the completed work which I know I will be very happy with as I have with the previous work carried out. Highly recommended they are a friendly and professional team and nothing is to much trouble.
