Good spent to much moneyLots of goodies I did not go for but used anyway

The tall security guard was rude to my wife who was in a mobility scooter. He kept saying to hurry up as we only had ten minutes left, then five etc. I told him to ask the manager down. On leaving, the staff said he was always like that.

Had a delivery booked for today between 10-12am (24/01/21). Had the email to say our delivery was out to be delivered. 15 minutes before our delivery slot ended we had a phone call from an assistant with a stinking attitude. No apology what so ever. Our delivery was cancelled today due to the snow. By the time we had the phone call the snow was melting anyway so what was the problem? They most likely had a fully loaded arctic truck delivering there goods today as well. When the assistant said that my delivery will be delivered between the same times on the next day (25/01/21) she was told that no one will be in due to everyone working can it be delivered later. Her answer was well I'll have to refund you then". The assistant had no good customer service about her what so ever. This kind of behaviour reflects on the store itself and shows what kind of management team iceland employs. Least to say

You can buy groceries for a good amountPizza's are cheap

Well stocked and good choice for a smaller store. Cashier was very friendly too.

My delivery was due 3pm - 5pm. So obviously I stayed in. It's gone 5pm so I call and they say the driver only just got back to the store and he has another 20odd stops. Complete Joke. Won't be using the delivery service again. Oh not to mention when paying on the Iceland site it DID NOT process my order properly but took the money. I had to wait 2 hours for the money to go back in. Luckily! Avoid the delivery service. Absolute shambles

Love this place! Friendly staff, great and plentiful selection of food. I find this shop to have better selcetion than the food warehouse at Willowbrook. My only issue is home delivery versus in store shopping. Items can be cheaper when purchased online, than the listed price from the same store and I've had items missing (due to being out of stock) from my order, for me to go down and find plenty in the freezer or on the shelves.

Not been to this branch before. A bit bigger than others with a good selection of products.

Great prices and amazing staff, security's in his own little bubble though, my favourite place to go for groceries :D

just because this store is in southmead, shouldnt mean it has to be run down. Quite frankly the staff all look the need a good wash and the store smells. Wont rush back
