Shocking service. Shame its the company my child's school uses, never had these issues with previous photographers. Contacted on several occasions and still unresolved issues. Such a shame

Kids made to switch uniforms with each other so they didn't disappear into the terrible background the photographer brought with him. Terrible attitude from the photographer, wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. Certainly won't be buying his mediocre photos.

AJS Photographic photograph our daughter's primary school annually and they always do an exceptional job. We have photos adorning our house thanks to them! Also, service is exceptional. We neglected to download our images and nearly a year later, late in the evening they kindly phoned to let us know the still have the archived images and were able to supply us with the photo that we'd thought was lost. Meant a lot and would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Weeks after receiving my children's school photos, one child decided to decorate the other child's face with some super sticky gel resulting in a ruined photo. After a phone call to Andy from AJS the photograph was quickly replaced, and delivered to my door personally. This service is amazing and I would definitely recommend this company for its picture quality and customer service.

The photos are always excellent and affordably priced and the after service is great too as we always have a few late orders - sorry about that Andy! Especially love the annual Family Portrait Evening that Andy and Emma hold at the school just before Christmas - our families love it and now have regulars that come every year.

I was really unhappy with my little girls first photos. There was a bit of spit on her photos. I asked if they reprint the photos & photoshop the photo. After going backwards & forwards they done it super quick & free of charge. I’m really happy with the photos! Thank you for doing this for me! ❤️❤️❤️
