Always a friendly welcome by Lisa, our dog Hamish (a cocker spaniel) hates it when I try to groom him yet he let's Lisa do all that's required for a cut and full grooming happily. He's always happy to go to grooming here and I have never had a single issue with the service provided. We travel from out side of Hull to Lisa's because I wouldn't trust grooming to anyone else after a few horror story's I won't share here with other groomers.Would highly recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a new Groomer or looking for their dogs first time. Either way, she'll make your pet feel at home and take care of them and they come out happy, clean and looking great.

Highly recommend. Very professional, efficient, does consistently very good job on our small dog every time. Her experience is evident and she makes what could be quite a difficult task, look easy, like shelling peas. Thank you Lisa.

Lisa was amazing with my cat. I have struggled so much with his long hair and how matted he gets. She just had an aura about her that made my cat feel relaxed and she was able to get all the matts out of him. Highly recommend this place. Very well priced and very well looked after. Taken my cat to Lisa. Cat is 15 and never been to a groomers before. Lisa was great, had the whole cut done in 20 mins. My cat was not stressed at all and I was amazed how easy Lisa made it look. Over all a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Great grooming service and advice from Lisa when our young cat began to suffer badly in the recent heat wave.It really helped him cope and he began eating better and moving about more.
