Thanks Doves Staplehurst, especially Kayleigh, for organising a beautiful and seamless farewell for my mother. At all times you were kind, attentive and respectful and nothing was too much trouble..it was a sad day but everything went perfectly.

Pretty poor experience frankly from the one person in the Staplehurst office who conveyed the impression she was completely out of tune with the situation. I was told quite abruptly that my relative had died of Covid when this wasn't the case at all. Further I had to do all the running around to get them to accept the Funneral plan taken out at their office was valid. Frankly months later this still leaves a bad taste in our mouths.Promper training might help .

Diane at Doves Staplehurst helped my family and I put together a lovely funeral for my Dad who passed at Christmas. Diane was kind and caring at a time when we needed support the most answering the vast numbers of questions we had leading up to the day clearly. It is daunting time when a loved one passes and she helped us through the process in a compassionate and professional way. I would like to pay tribute to the staff who, despite the being in the middle of storm Eunice, made the funeral happen. I would recommend Doves Staplehurst to others.

Doves Staplehurst were amazing and supported me when my father recently passed. Nothing was too much trouble, and Diane in the office even worked extended hours (with no fuss) to allow friends to say their goodbye. The two ladies who attended on the day were beautiful in every way, helping make my fathers last journey the most dignified it could be. Words aren’t enough, but thank you but from the bottom of my heart.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Doves and in particular to Diane in the Staplehurst office for the absolutely wonderful service she has given to my sisters and me, from our first telephone call to the final interment of my aunt's ashes. She has been so kind and helpful, and has been with us every step of the way along what could have been an incredibly traumatic journey, smoothing the path for us at every stage, liaising with all of the different parties involved, helping us put together a beautiful funeral service sheet and the perfect gravestone, and going above and beyond what we’re sure would have been expected of her. She has become a friend along the way and we will be forever grateful to her. I would highly recommend Diane and Doves to anybody who has been recently bereaved.

From the moment my sister spoke to Anisa at Doves she knew that she was the person to assist us with the arrangements for our brother. I am pleased to say that I had exactly the same feeling when I first attended their premises in Staplehurst to ask some practical questions without the rest of the family present. Every single interaction was handled with the utmost care, consideration, and professionalism. We needed to feel like we had some control in the situation and were dealing with someone who understood some of the requests we made and did everything possible to accommodate our requests, including a live butterfly release which was a really special moment for all the guests. Anisa and Ted were a rock for us during a difficult time and words cannot do our gratitude justice to them. They helped us to provide a very personal send off for our brother that most of the attendees said was a beautiful celebration of our brothers' life, a day that would not have been possible without the professionalism, dedication and loving care provided by Anisa, ted and all staff from Doves. I would not hesitate in recommending their services and the people who we came into contact with from Doves are a credit to their profession. How kind and caring Alice and the team were at Doves in Staplehurst . At a very sad and traumatic time they were on call ,nothing too much trouble thank you so much for a wonderful service and funeral , my brother and myself appreciate all your help to make Sylvia’s funeral all that she wanted herself .
