My dog suffers from a very bad anxiety and fear of everything. Due to a series of bad episodes she lost her confidence and suddenly she became so scared that she wouldn’t go out anymore.I had already done a course with another behaviourist but it hadn't been very useful. I was really sad, discouraged and worried for my dog because I didn't know how to help her.Meeting Emily totally changed our lives.Emily is a kind and caring person who offers all her help and knowledge to help you how to manage difficult situations with your dog.I trusted her and I couldn't have done anything better.She immediately provided me with concrete help on how to manage my dog's anxiety and fears. She didn’t use only telephone meeting as many behaviourist do, she actively works on the problems that the dog has.My dog is afraid of going out and she has lot of triggers moments outside, she has planned a series of walk to help me manage my dog's anxieties.I had a great time with her, she helped a lot not only my dog Leila but also me who unfortunately had become very anxious every time I had to go out for a walk with the dog. She really dedicates a lot of time and her method is clear and concise. She doesn't waste time, she immediately helps you in a real way.For me it was a miracle, my dog before Emily spent entire days at home, sometimes she only peed twice a day because she was afraid to go out. Emily is absolutely brilliant. She came very highly recommended from a friend, and with good reason too! She is an absolute expert and professional, with a clear natural instinct and strong experience with dogs. Emily immediately picked up on several of our dog Ozzie’s less desirable behaviours and in a gentle, helpful and clear way, gave us the perfect combination of theory and practical tips to put in place. It’s so rewarding seeing her points help in a matter of minutes. In our case it was Ozzie’s barking and reactivity when walking. Emily taught us that we have to show up for Ozzie as the pack leader and positively demonstrate to him that he’s safe and we’re in control. This has been so instrumental in us feeling like we’re helping Ozzie to be happier and calmer. Several people have already commented on the change in his behaviour! My Greyhound Shunka was increasingly becoming destructive to house hold items and very hyper when people would come over. His behaviour was becoming more anxious and even aggressive in the 5 weeks I had had him. My partner and I had never owned a dog before we were very confused about what to do. Hiring Emily was the best money spent. She provides a clear framework for every situation pertaining to Shunka. From greetings to feeding to behaving to walking. Since I have implemented the rules he is a much calmer happier dog…. And it has only been 2 weeks! I can’t tell you what a difference the training has made to everyones confidence. Emily has also been great for follow on advice when other questions pop up. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would lol!
