Dreadful service! I didn't believe previous reviews but they really are true. Waited 10 mins to be served and eventually went to JD Sports instead, you pay a little more but better service and more choice.

Complete and utter garbage, would never recommend shopping here as long as I live, unless you like being ripped off and offered a pathetic form of remediation for their snakey pathetic customer service

Terrible service no staff around to help and when I did get to the tip I could hear the manager shouting and complaining about the staff.Finally when I got home the trainers I bought didn6even match shocking.

Large spacious branch with good varieties of sports wear, good prices especially if they have offers.Staff are nice.

I made a special trip to this Torquay store today to buy my son some trainers. I've actually emailed them as I was so appalled by the lack of customer service. We waited ages and ages for staff and when they appeared they made it clear they were not in the least bit interested in helping us. One young lady was the only member of staff who spoke to me politely, but she couldn't help me with the trainers for some reason. I always treat shop staff politely and with respect, and try to be understanding, but the non existent service in this store today was just awful. We wasted so much time waiting in this store and left empty handed in the end. So disappointed!

incompetent, I wasted 30 pounds and I discovered that you can't add your name to my football shirt because it's the training one, it's a shame that when I bought it they told me that I could and that I had to come back another day because they had run out of letters. I can't even give it back because I've now removed the price tag even though I kept it. Don't go there!

Popped in to Store with a return today purchased as a Christmas Sketchers gift.Product is faulty via eyelets (see photos).No real help just said online purchase and could not help.I must return to Head office.Disappointed by this.Make it difficult for your customer.?(Why).

I recently took my son into the Torquay store to buy some football boots for his birthday. Big Thank you to Stephen who was there to help us and give us sound advice. Stephen has exceptional customer service skills. My son loves chatting to him about football.. Definitely recommend a visit to this store. Thank you.
