Zazu Hair Design

Had my haircut and highlights ...When i got home I have noticed i have a patch on the top of my head where my hair is about 1 inch long. I can not wear my hair down now as this is pointing straight up and have no other option for a few months until it grows.Decided to go back to brown as when i looked at the highlights on a daylight they were a few different colours , mostly orange.. Not sure what toner was used but this didn't work.I have never been unhappier , the 2 inch patch on the top of my head must have been seen when cutting my hair, however nothing was mentioned. I have noticed this when i brushed it at home ..Anyways, all the best, i will not be returning or recommend services, i have never been more disappointed.. didn't notice right away but spent my whole weekend crying over my hair being completely screwed up. Could have at least mentioned about my hair being 1-2 inch long at the top and apologise to me ...Photos of the patch can be seen, didn't take a picture of highlights as i covered them straight away .

Julie from Zazu styled hair for 5 people at my daughters wedding. She was amazing and everyone was really happy with their hairdos. She was reliable, confident, efficient and a very pleasant person to deal with.

My mum goes to Julie to get her done and she always looks forward to her appointment. Julie is always so warm and welcoming and chatty. Julie listens to what you want and works really hard to achieve your perfect look. I was anxious about getting my long hair cut after growing it out having lost a lot of it 4 years ago. Julie listened to my anxieties and what I wanted, and helped where I wasn't sure, and I love my new hair cut, still long but with lovely layers and shape! I had a wonderful experience at Zazu hairdressers. She was incredibly friendly and had a great eye for detail. I was so happy with the results of my balayage she took so much into consideration making my hair the most perfect colours and perfected exactly what I asked for. Absolutely more than 5 stars for Julie at Zazu hair. She’s done amazing with me hair and I absolutely love it, cannot recommend her enough. She’s so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable, chatting throughout the whole treatment and made me numerous cups of coffee :)

Went to Zazu and had the most wonderful experience. A most talented hairdresser.I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed.I had one of the best hair cuts by a most impressive hairdresser in my life.I’m a mature women in my late 60s and she took ten years off my age.
