Very pleased with the service from Angela and the team. Good cleaning and communication. They really helped us out with a fairly last minute booking for a deep clean at a busy time of year.

Would definitely recommend Alliance! We urgently needed someone to clean our microwave and oven as we were moving out, and Alliance got back to our quote request extremely promptly (and maintained great communication throughout the entire process) with a very reasonable price, and were able to fit us in despite the short time period. Really friendly and a great quality clean.

I required a rental property to be cleaned after a tenant moved out, leaving the property in a mess. Angela and her colleague arrived on time and carried out an excellent deep clean of the property.The kitchen and appliances, bathroom and all other rooms where cleaned to a high standard. The whole property was in immaculate condition due to their hard work. I will definitely use Alliance Cleaning & Property Services in the future - 10/10

Amazing service from Alliance - needed a end of tenancy clean last minute on a weekend and they were able to accommodate this. Communication was brilliant too. Would highly recommend!

Total lack of service from this company. I contacted Amber and initially everything seemed to be going well, they seemed well-organised and eager to set up a regular domestic cleaner. The evening before the cleaner was due to visit for the first time (Friday), I got a call from Amber explaining there had been some issues and they wouldn't be able to send anyone that week, however, normal service would start the following Friday. Come following Friday 7th July, no one showed up, no warning or anything. I messaged Amber to try and figure out what was going on - message left on 'Read' but no reply to this day (and no cleaner either). Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company if you're looking for reliability of any kind. Really disappointed.** EDIT **In response to the company's reply below, I just wanted to add the following.1) Company stated: All your correspondence was done via WhatsApp with no initial conversation to discuss your requirements." and "Unfortunately we were unable to contact you via telephone to discuss a definite date therefor we would not show up as explained to you without a concrete plan put in place."My response: Lies. The initial communication was via text message/WhatsApp

Amazing service! We got an end of tenancy clean and the property looks great - really happy and would definitely use again. Thanks also to Amber who was great and made the process very smooth.

I am a former customer (from January to October 2017). Initially I was very impressed. Owner understood the needs of my flat clean, and in Graham had a hardworking member of staff to do the job - no complaints at all. However in September Graham the cleaner missed 2 appointments in a row after returning from his holiday, and ultimately led to me ceasing to use Alliance.Unfortunately the customer care element of this business it the worst I have come across. The phone, which is re-directed to Owner's mobile, seemingly only gets answered if you with-hold your number. Emails & voicemails are not returned. Their Queen St office address is simply a mail forwarding address.When Graham missed his appointments, I was not contacted & I had to chase and harry to get an answer. After terminating the relationship with Alliance, I had a bit of a battle to get my keys returned, which took over 2 weeks. Some of the online reviews also appear to be of questionable authenticity.

I highly recommend Alliance Cleaning & Property Service. I booked them last minute and they were ready to accommodate. They provided an end-of-tenancy cleaning service that exceeded my expectations. The apartment looked much cleaner than the day I moved in. Very professional work!
