Quality Water Systems

After purchasing my new home I had been looking around for a while to purchase a water softener, drinking water and a Quooker tap however couldn’t find anyone who could provide all three products & services. I then came across Quality water systems who not only were amazing to speak to and really helpful but they were able to provide all three products and services. I spoke to Matt and his team at the beginning and throughout my installation journey also spoke to Susan and Mark who were super amazing and always took the time to explain everything to ensure that not only was I getting the right product and services but knew exactly how to use everything. It’s been over a year since I’ve had everything installed and Matt has just come back and kindly replaced the filter cartridges for my drinking water system. Not only did Matt change the cartridges but he even without me asking checked everything else just to make sure that the water softener and the Quooker tap was all perfectly fine. The service has been 10/10 from the minute I spoke to Matt to a year later when he came back to replace the cartridges and I would highly recommend Matt and his team at Quality water system.

Engaged with QWS for enquiring about water softener and right my first call experience with QWS is amazing.Mat came down to explain and do a survey. Once agreed a date was fixed and Mark excellent delivery a clean work done a wonderful installation.Normally I review after couple of days ,Done quickly as very much impressed with work and what they promised is been delivered so highly recommend for any one who is looking for water softener installation in and around Hertfordshire...

I bought my first Kinetico water softener from Ian and QWS in 2003. It lasted very well and I have just ordered a replacement system from them when it needed replacing. They offer first rate support with a personal touch - would highly recommend QWS.

Quality Water Systems were professional and helpful from the beginning. There was no pressure to buy when we had the initial quote. The price was good value considering it will be in use every day. We had the system installed several months ago and have had no problems (there was the tiniest leak when it was first installed but they sent someone out immediately to sort it even though it was the weekend). All our surfaces are cleaner as the timescale has gone and cleaning products / shampoo etc last longer and you can use so much less! New salt blocks are quite easy to buy online through amazon at reasonable prices. Really happy we got this system installed and recommend Quality Water System to everyone :-)

Quality Water Systems gave us an extremely professional service in all aspects related to the fitting of our Kinetico water softener; the sales team were very helpful, Matt who did the site visit was informative without subjecting us to any 'hard sell' and Mark who plumbed it in was efficient, respectful and a clean worker. It's rare to find a good company who deliver with quality product, excellent service and reliability but once you find it, it's worth telling others. We are extremely pleased with our filtration and water softener system.
All our interaction, whether it was the sales rep, Matthew who was informative and patiently explained everything to us without needing to sell hard; to Mark, the installer, who was prompt and tidy meant that dealing with QWS was hassle free throughout. Highly recommended!

Informative and very helpful home survey - no hard sell. Mark was the plumber who installed our Kinetico Premier Compact and did a very clean job, explained everything and accommodated our request (to have easy access to the bypass taps). Would highly recommend.
