Absolutely wonderful! Managed to leave my key at home and couldn’t get in after work and Chris came and was great about getting me back in! Really helpful and I’ll say when rather than if, I get locked out again I’ll know exactly who to call! Couldn’t recommend enough

Had a problem with a key seized in a front door lock - rang Chris for help and his son Ed was able to be on site within 20 mins. 10 minutes later, all resolved. Cool, calm and collected - all dealt with professionally, and nice people to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for their speedy, reliable service. Appreciated.

Called Quality Locksmiths, Swansea, at 730pm, pleasent guy arrived in 20 min's, my key had snapped in patio lock, looked a tricky job but the guy sorted it out and also key aliked my other lock, so i had same keys for my patio doors all in 30 mins, brill,highly recommend Quality Locksmiths.

Called Quality Locksmiths at 09.15. They were here in 30 mins. Door was jammed shut but the locksmith opened it in two mins and had the part in his van ready. Lock was working in perfect order in 25 mins. Very reasonable too. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
