Their jackets look good on the website but when you get them they are really bad and also the material is a bit cheap I would not recommend you to buy your jacket from here

Absoloutely horrific customer service.I have been a customer of Bows Boutique for about the past 18 months, that was until yesterday, and i vow never to buy anything from them again.They would rather a 79 year old women be left out of pocket, causing extreme upset and distress then accept a return bought as a xmas present despite the goods being in a resellable condition.The 'customer care' team are rude and clearly dont care.I would advise to avoid at all costs.

Looked on page for opening times. Should be open on Friday until 5pm was closed at 4.05pm.Wasted journey.Otherwise service usually good and friendly.
