Been suffering with back problems for a long time but just got on with as most ppl do brushing it under the carpet until recently iv been in absloute agony to the point of even taking a deep breath was agonising, I visited my doctors where I was referred to physio at my local hospital 2 appointments in with not much luck at all and no treatment done, I decided to ring dacerlands clinic as the pain was just unbareable, and I couldn't carry on anymore i spoke to Charles at dacerlands and he got me a late appointment that evening to been seen even tho it was very late on, I went and wow iv been absolutely amazed and speechless with his treatments he gave tonight ,straight away I felt better and at ease and also most pain free I could breath without it causing me pain, iv now to wait 24 to 48 hours to feel the full benefit but I honestly cannot rave enough about Charles amazing work and making me feel at ease and I will 100percent be returning to him at his clinic, so please if any1 is in agony don't hesitate to go and see him because trust me you will not be disappointed one bit a true amazing man who knows his stuff he really is the best!

Absolutely fantastic.3 visits in 2021 and no repeats.Dacrelands came highly recommended and I would advise anyone to make a call. Don't struggle in silence and hide behind medication, or physio, pick up the phone.Thank you Dacrelands team.

Highly recommend Charles. As a massage therapist having a bad back doesn't go with my role of helping others. I was convinced my time was nearing the end until Charles put me back together. So grateful to find a knowledgeable experienced person who is also willing to share this. A true teacher. Anyone who is in pain should invest in your health and wellbeing as a priority. If I'd of left this and taken time to go the free route, it would of taken a long time and been costly longer term. I wouldn't of been able to work and lead a normal life because the pain I had dominated me. I feel lucky to have been directed to the clinic and met Charles. Fantastic. I had another session today with Charles and was lucky enough to recieve some sports massage from his student which was also excellent. Thank you to both of you for your treatments.

In my late 20s I found myself near bed bound with back pain.GP offered increasingly powerful pain killers but offered no solutions.111 sent an ambulance due to severity of pain and lack of mobility.NHS would not offer any treatment or investigation untill 6 weeks of pain management.The car ride to Dacrelands clinic as a passenger was agony.After 20 mins with Charles I drove myself home with the pain gone!

Charles is the best in town. He is thorough and knows exactly how to treat back and muscle pain. After numerous trips to NHS physio, it took less than 3 sessions for Charles to rectify my issues. Thoroughly recommend

After suffering with severe back pain for weeks and taking prescription medication with very little affect I decided to look for alternative treatment this is when I came upon the Dacrelands Clinic in Lancaster, things took a turn for the worse and this is when I contacted the clinic to see if they could offer me any treatment. I had my first appointment with Charles Tisdall four days ago, after a informal chat about health/history he then preformed an examination and thought that I would benefit from Electro-Acupuncture an hour later I walked out of the clinic vertically pain free I returned two day later for a follow up session and on leaving was advised to take it easy for the next one/two days, the morning after my second session almost pain free fingers crossed this slight ache with disappear completely . I would highly recommend the Dacrelands Clinic they offer lots of different treatments to suit the individuals needs, I wouldn't hesitate in contacting them again. A big thanks to Charles I am now converted to alternative treatments.

I’ve had scoliosis for the last 20 years. Although the curves in my back never bothered me too much, I started to develop severe pain. I’ve been coming to Charles for several months now and through treatments such as acupuncture, massage and skeletal adjustments I see the difference in my back. The curves in my back are much less visible and the pain that was caused by scoliosis is gone. In addition, because I was a regular customer Charles gave me a discount which made it possible to get the treatment every week. I’m very impressed with the professional treatment I’ve received and would recommend Charles to anybody with postural/back issues or scoliosis. He really knows what he is doing.
