Jess and jaquie were fab. Spent plenty of time with me helping me choose my glasses. The actual test was great, the optician was very polite and patient. So much so that I signed my son up to them. Thank you.

Amazing service. After being let down and disapointed by the service received from an opticians I'd used for many years the Coatsworth Eye Clinic sorted me out. I have a complicated prescription and they listened, took their time and worked hard to get my glasses right. I won't be going anywhere else from now on and can't recommend them highly enough. Donna

Before you read the nice review below it's worth mentioning that I was bitterly disappointed that neither of My 2 new pairs of Glasses came with a glasses cleaner/Nice clean opticians with professional warm and friendly staff/service.The gentleman optician was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions (there were a lot of them) in a terms I could understand.I never felt rushed throughout my appointment and choosing my new glasses afterward was easy and pressure free.Well done guys I will be back.I highly recommend this optician and I'm proud to support local businesses..

Bit scary as it was my first ever eye test but really friendly staff especially Leah Jewel who took very good care of me and even helped me choose a pair of glasses that I actually suit big thank you xDavid barnes

My father suffers from Lewy Bodies Dementia and would not have the cognition to undergo an eye test now,the last glasses he had were obtained from here,we have power of attorney and my brother and I believe he wears his glasses through habit as opposed to needing them now as he no longer reads anything ,I spoke to Paula who works for the clinic and we cannot compliment her enough, totally professional, sympathetic and totally understanding of our situation ,a credit to the business,allowed us to take some frames home to try as my father's mobility is extremely poor now,he is now the proud owner of new glasses,to see his face was priceless, absolutely priceless, thank you so much Paula,we cannot thank and compliment you enough, Andrew and Michael Humphrey.
