Purchased a pretty down to earth air rifle a few weeks ago, I called ahead and spoke to a chap (sorry I don't know his name) I found him helpful on the phone and discussed my needs and budget, I arranged to go through and there was plenty to choose from. The chap was busy with multiple customers but my purchase didn't feel at all rushed, im very happy with the rifle and will use again for my next one.

A brilliant combination of professionalism and friendliness. Luke has sound knowledge of his business and takes great pride in his presentation and his ability to communicate. I enjoyed my experience in the shop, whilst my father-in-law gun will be fixed I treated myself to a new pistol and accessories. It’s well worth the drive out and it will raise the bar on customer experience. 10/10
