APCOA sent registered keeper £70 PCN when the driver had properly scanned the parking ticket and Tesco refused to cancel the ticket. Shocking customer service.

Use this store as its convenient to park for 2 hours and head into the city, and you only have to spend a £5 in store to get free parking. And that's don't by buying 1 bottle of wine for the weekend so it's a win win situation. Happy days.

I don't review, but if you're using this store this is worth noting:You will probably get a parking ticket despite validating the £5+ spend receipt, challenge the parking and the PCN will no longer be perused, however I wonder how many people do not keep their receipt as I did and can't then challenge the PCN... Very unfair on anyone let alone the non-tech-savy / elderly / poor who may be clobbered by this disgraceful parking system.I will not be shopping here again & I hope a store manager notices this and tries to change the parking provider??Probably not, but you the consumer can avoid being spanked by the automated parking seagulls. Peace & Love

My first time at this superstore and very impressed how centrally located within Hereford it is. There is a large underground car park underneath (entrance a bit hidden off Victoria St, on the left, by the turn off for Bewell St), with ramp and lifts to the shop floor which is ground level. Parking is free for up to 2 hours if you spend a min £5 in store (no return within 1 hour), which makes it very convenient to combine with other stops in the city centre. The self-service tills automatically give out a printed code voucher with the receipt. You use the code/scan bar code at the parking machine with your number plate. The store itself seems to have a large selection of products. There is also a cafe and a Timpsons. Bring your club card to get reduced prices on a lot of products (forgot mine)

Handy if in town, fair sized shop. Personally I don't like the car park, it's quite tight. Prefer the larger store in Belmont.

Received a parking fine after using the store. The parking signs clearly say spend more than £5, written in bold with a handful of other instructions which I noted and followed. Apparently you must also validate the parking - this is hidden in the small print of the sign which I didn't trawl through, not on the bold main instructions.Feels like a scam. Using predatory third party parking companies might save a few pounds in the short term Tesco, but doesn't do your brand much good.
