Turned up.Stayed for less than an hour and the payment machine didn't recognise my number plate.I tried twice and both times it failed.Continued and put in my approximate entering time and it made me pay for 2 hours.I kept the receipt just in case.

Used this carpark today. It's not obvious that you don't need a ticket. There's no entrance barrier so you might expect to get a ticket from a machine elsewhere in the carpark after parking. Signage states clearly that you pay on exit and that you enter your car reg. It would help if signs also stated that there is number plate recognition so tickets are not needed. One interesting feature - when you enter your car reg just before paying, you are shown a picture of your car in its parking space. (Big brother is watching.) Compared to Southmead Hospital carpark, this one is much less crowded which is a benefit.

My sister parked her car here and the barriers were up. Not clear as to where and how to pay Next thing a £60 fine. This was meant to be a non stressful trip to south mead. Never again! Sort out your car park!

What a joke on parking it just cost £4.00 on parking for 2 hrs absolutely disgusting the machine will let you keep feeding it. It doesn't stop you from paying more than you should I feel sorry for people who really doesn't understand how the eye parking works. I'm keeping my tickets what I hve just paid to show we got ripped right off for parking we paid over the top for.

Took my wife to to the SBC Hospital this afternoon. Looked at the reviews for the car park first and found them confusing. Think at least one should have been put on the Southmead Hospital site, not here. It's a small hospital so the car park was not crowded. Signs are clear and the pay machines easy to find.

Easy to park, plenty of spaces. Previous comments seem to reflect some confusion about payment, but it is easy. A photo is taken of car number plate when entering the car park, and you pay at the payment machines just before leaving. You will need to enter your car registration number at the payment machine, and once this is done, the machine shows a picture of your car, the time you entered the car park and how much you have to pay. I have also posted a photo of the parking charges on the date I visited 14/03/23.
