Premier Inn London City (Old Street) hotel

amazing customer service, making my stay truly enjoyable. Situated in central London, the location was convenient, although it's worth noting that there is no parking available. The rooms were not only great but also impeccably clean, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend for its excellent service and prime location.

Haven’t had a proper full English breakfast in years. Stayed at a hotel across the road but came for breakfast over to the Premier and glad I did. Alex and his team (despite being understaffed) done an amazing job. Everything tasted delicious. Cooked perfectly. Top standards. Tables and serving areas clean and tidy. Don’t have breakfast anywhere else if you are around Old Street station.

We were really tired and we had a long day. We asked for extra milk as our baby was very cold and tired. Receptionist was Karia I believe and she was very fast and impolite. The day after we had breakfast and Aden and Alex were amazing they made us feel well and they were very very nice to all of us. Thank you very much and thanks for the chocolates in our room. Room was clean and tidy.

The restaurants was very busy , but Alex and Azeb were fantastic. I had the best breakfast with my family! Thank you guys for your amazing service!We are happy to have stayed with you and we will return back! Thank you!

Standard Premier Inn experience; reasonably priced, good service, small but functional rooms. Good location with lots of restaurant variety within a few minutes walk as well as an underground station across the road. They were also accommodating to us travelling with an infant by supplying a cot and high-chair on request.

Standard premier inn, we visited for a trip to the west end, it was around 20mins Uber ride from Soho area. The room was clean, although basic. Breakfast wasn't great, we queued for 20 mins to get in. We were then sat in the basement, so every time we needed food we had to climb the stairs. Food was limited. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would visit again.

The best ever breakfast. Alex was very welcoming and very professional.Brian from nights was very nice tooI will be back and use the Premier Inn again. It was fantastic. Thank you to all the evening team as well to make my stay really special.

Good room / service / location / price. Comfy bed.We've stayed at a few Premier Inns and so we pretty much knew what we were getting.We requested, and were given, a room not too high up which was clean and tidy.All the usual amenities: kettle, selection of beverages, hair dryer, TV, etc.Notably the shower was piping hot and the bed was very comfortable. It's rare I sleep well on the first night.Staff were friendly and very helpful when we used up all the milk in the room, supplying us with a jug of the stuff from the bar.Fairly cheap for London though it's a little way out of the touristy bits. However.....Old Street station (Northern Line) is only a few minutes walk away or there's a bus stop just outside the inn.

Never stayed here before but I will be back. Very reasonable price, great location, near to lots of trendy eateries and bars plus the tube. Service was spot on and staff really helpful. Room clean, quiet and roomy. What more could you ask for?

The hotel has a great location, near Old Street Station, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.The room is decent, as expected for this kind of hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom also (hot water was very very hot).It was very quiet and we could get our much needed rest.The staff was friendly and willing to help.The only low side was the breakfast. The food choice was not so good. But the things they offered did taste good
