Please update your website and notice on the door so it shows your correct opening hours. We arrived on a Saturday at 9.45am after reading on the website you open at 9.30am - closed. Then we read on the door you open at 10.00am so we hung around until 10.15am - nothing. Really frustrating and a waste of time seeing as I travelled nearly 20 miles each way. We won't bother again.

Flexible, professional and dependable with an attention for detail! I am in the armed forces and being in my house in Derby is rare as I live in Norfolk. Fireplace gallery worked around my needs to conduct the work, even coming around on his day off due to my poor availability. Once work commenced I was updated with pictures detailing their progress via WhatsApp. The job was completed to the highest of standards and the working area cleaned. Could not be happier and 100% recommend! All that have seen our fireplace have commented on it's spender

Good selection of fires to choose from.We had specific measurements for the fire we needed and were confused as to which one to get.No worries here....their knowledge is exceptional and we were offered sound advice without being hurried.They were very helpful and we found the perfect fire.I can recommend them highly, they know what they're talking about

Was told via email to visit this store, it seemed promising by the email, however hours online state open 10-4 on Saturday. Arrived at 10am not open, door notice also stated opening hours to be 10-4 on Saturdays. Went to other stores around, checked back in at 11am and still remained shut. Has put me off considering buying from this company if they aren’t even reliable to their own opening times.

Just had an electric fire installed, from going into the store to fitting, it was brilliant. Professional service the fitters cleaned up everything. Definitely recommend.
