River Island

Lovely little shop with really helpful staff - especially on the tills. A bit hectic when the sales are on but for the rest of the time the shop is well set out and doesn't feel claustrophobic at all. Staff work tirelessly to keep the clothes rails tidy at all times.I definitely recommend to family and friends ☺️

Terrifying! I have just been in this store and was told it’s river island policy now that you have to leave your handbag holding purse-cards/ possessions with a member of staff before entering a changing room???? Erm no!!!!! Not sure what they are up to, really worrying and won’t return!!

Staff pleasant shop nice but couldn't get what l wanted

Visited on Monday the woman on the till looked to be a manager (quite large, tall, light brown hair I think, was training a newbie) was very rude and abrupt she needs to be re trained because why on earth did she have the worst attitude when we wanted to return a jacket in exchange for a dress and perfume. My aunty was not speaking clear English and it was clear by the woman behind the tills’ facial expression and tone of voice that she was getting impatient and annoyed by the broken English. We were confused as to why this woman was charging us an extra £15 when we were supposed to receive that in change and when I challenged her she realised she was wrong and that’s when she was trying to act nice. Too late the bad customer service was already delivered. Train this woman on equality and diversity training please, it’s clear she’s never received any of it.

Very disappointed to find store closed at 6.30pm when store closing time 7pm.Therefore I visited another store on silverlink and purchased a full outfit plus a coat.

Nice store but most of the sizes I needed were out of stock here, I was offered a collection for 2 days but decided to buy online & received items next day. Love RI
