Good value and good stock. Its my go to vape shop .staff member Taz is always very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a good loyalty card scheme.

Visited Southend on my travels and had run out of a few bits. Was welcomed by Steve and Amie who took their time going through the new product ranges after switching from V&J to Totally Wicked. Walked out with a great new setup and juices and also a loyalty card and juice saving scheme card. Will definitely be back when next in the area

Came to the store looking for a specific vape and was quite disappointed when they no longer sold it. However the woman serving, Amie i think, went over and above to go through alternatives and find one that was just right for me. She put up with me being very picky and answered all questions i had.Very good customer service and very friendly.Store itself has a great selection of products and flavours.Id say the experience was Totally Wicked" but i aint lame.10/10 would spend money in there again"

Visited this place yesterday, the two staff members there were extremely helpful, very friendly, and with great customer service. No pressure to buy or upselling, just honest and a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

I live in Southend and this is my go to place when I run out of juice and coils. Much prefer these juices to to vampire vape juices, a lot more flavours to choose from and better quality. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. I have been served my Amie multiple times and she's very informative, helpful and polite. Overall would 100% recommend this store.
