plates are great! had them for over 2 1/2 years, received a fine for them, now stating on the website that they are road legal and comply with dvla! i have reached out to them over the situation just to confirm this ( with my details sent) and no response... all was amazing and high compliments! but now... the customer service isn't so good... please contact me back so we can resolve this...

Ordered a number plate weeks ago, still hasn't arrived, can't get in touch with them, sent emails, the phone number on their Web site is no longer in use. This is a scam, stay clear

On Sunday morning on 2nd April I ordered a number plate; inadvertently I seemed to have pressed the wrong key and ordered 2!. I immediately contact the company by email and by using their online form to cancel an order. I received 2 order confirmations so replied a third time cancelling one order. I wrote again on Monday morning 3rd April, and registered a complain a few days later. That’s a total of 5 emails - none of which have received a reply. I have been charged for both orders.I could not find a contact telephone number on their website.The website clearly states that orders can be cancelled if notified promptly and the items having not been produced.They also pride themselves on customer service.The plates are fine - they don't understand the concept of customer service.

Sent wrong plates on purpose so that I would buy more. Made illegal plate when I diddnt mention it. No customer support at all no phone or email. Scam!!! Stay away and report them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.Firstly the plate I ordered was a motorcycle numberplate with straight uk flag 3D gel badge thats not what arrived the plate came with printed badge with ruffled flag!! When this was pointed out and sent evidence after steve replied the one and ONLY time ! Was sposed to be looking at my order to get me sorted his words! i have proof of what I ordered! The customer service is utter Garbage ! I tried to Contact several occasions And was Ghosted! I was on holiday for a week thinking when you spend 58 pounds plus delivery he may have just sent me a replacement! NO NOTHING! Now if he was on holiday or ill communication is key but to Ghost people from what looks like a very well done trusted site is disgusting and disrespectful and disappointing to the customer! So now if i want a gel badge I will have to buy off ebay and stick on myself or just go with what he sent ! Not what you want when your wife has given you private plate as a gift ! So the printed badge he put on was like 3.99 I paid 7.99 for gel!! Not the service you expect . There is no number to contact on here but there site there is! Guess what called it number says doesnt exist!! So Customer service there is none SHOCKING!

Won’t go anywhere else for my plates, they arrived damaged by courier and Steve got back to me straight away via email, getting them sorted which I’m glad so top class service !I won’t be going anywhere else for my other cars/vans now I’ll be getting them all done through here.Cheers Steve can’t wait to get them
