We have been looking for a while but then found a car at Jenkins.Initially helpful over the phone to my queries and very helpful during sale, not pushy as other people have said.When I collected the car they were thorough with the paperwork and then showed me how to work the basics of the car to get me going as well which reassured me as I was nervous changing to a bigger car.Overall a great service, would recommend and much appreciated, Thank you!

Sold a car, needed battery, intercooler, fan, egr none of this cover by the warranty sold as coving everything. refused to refund now taking legal action, garage now saying I’ve signed disclaimer saying they warrant nothing (never would I have signed this)

Do not use. Do not meet their obligations. Bought a 4x4 in June 2023. Sold with warranty which I was assured would be emailed after collection. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact just ignored so no warranty on the vehicle. Thought these sorts of dodgy practices were a thing of the past. Clearly not in the case of Jenkins Motor Company.

We bought a Ford Transit Custom (ex British Gas van) this September and couldn't be happier with it. The condition of the car was great, and it's doing its job perfectly - we do a few thousand miles with it every month and it works beautifully!Thank you Lee for making the whole process so easy!This is your go-to place if you're looking for a four-wheeled friend that will not let you down!

Hello, I would like to write a little about this company,I trusted this company and bought a van from them without checking because I am 450 miles away from them,they showed the van on video and said there were no problems with the van ,I trusted them and bought,Well, unfortunately that was my big mistake,brought the van, I noticed that the power steering tubes are very rusty and leaking,well, the most serious problem was in the differential, a terrible noise was made from it, after 30 minutes of driving your ears just fall off,I want to warn all buyers do not buy cars or vans from them, because as dealers they prepare a car or van is disgusting, and in no case should you distrust them,if you are going to buy a car or van from them, take a specialist with yourself, do not trust this dealer,there is a full chat with this dealers how he blatantly lies to whom I am interested, I can provide,Such dealers should be deprived of dealer rights, Do not trust them, they blatantly deceive people !!!Firstly, the van is 6 years old, secondly,the van drove 1000 miles, of which 500 miles were driven by your delivery, this company is still blatantly lying in the reviews ... People do not trust this company !!!I had to fix the van with my own money, I won't get poor, well, the very fact that this company sells broken cars, be careful if you decide to buy a car or van from them ...

I bought a Peugeot Partner professional at the end of March this year. Van was immaculate inside and out. I'd been looking for the right van for months.. Always being disapointed with condition when i turned up to view..Not the case on this occasion..I live in Chester so was a bit of a jaunt but never been happier with the purchase. Its usually a gamble when searching out a used van but this is the place to go for quality vehicles and excellent friendly service.Cheers
