Whetstone Grange Care Home, Leicester

I am looking for a nursing home for my elderly father, I made an appointment to go to Whetstone Grange with my Mother. We were let into a small very smelly lobby area and were asked to wait. The smell was unbearable, we instantly knew that this was NOT the place for my Father. As soon as someone unlocked the door we left - we felt that we had seen enough.

I arranged a meeting with the manager Lindsay, however when I arrived, I was told she had left hours ago.
