Recently ordered a Scott Mtb in which this particular model was quite hard to get hold of. I dealt with both Max and Tim. They managed to source the exact bike I wanted via Scott. The bike was delivered from Switzerland within 7 days. Unfortunately the bike was damaged whilst in transport having a dent on the downtube. Tim was straight on the case and luckily managed to grab another. I would like to say a big thanks to you guys and the shop for sourcing/building the bike for me and also the fantastic deal you gave me on it too. It’s much appreciated thank you. Highly recommended!!! Great service!!!

I took my bike in with what I thought was a totally broken rear di2 derailleur, the guys somehow got it going again for a very reasonable price and it’s been faultless since! Really impressed with them as it would been very easy to just sell me a new rear mech. Thanks!
