Spoke to Cookercare on the phone first, they were able to diagnose my oven issue with a couple of simple questions. Then came round the next day at the agreed time and fixed the oven within 15 minutes. Professional, no hassle, friendly. Would 100 percent recommend. Thanks Steve

CookerCare came out to me on a Sunday to repair my oven which was great. The engineer was on-schedule, friendly and really efficient at doing the repair (element replacement). I’d definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.
