I have just caught the number 59 bus from Wednesfield Wolverhampton. To find the back seat chair covered in dogs hair which is disgusting and a health hazards.

82 bus from wolverhampton. 17.45When the driver pulled into the stop.a polite question was asked, what time do you leave he couldn't be bothered to reply. Does this company have any customer service if not can you at least teach them some manners please.

25.9.23 I turned up get the 4.50pm number 16. Screen at stand L saying due in 5 minutes. 4.50pm no bus turned up. Just rolled over to next bus service number 15 at 5.05pm. In this day and age surely the screen could give a reason. Such as bus broken down, running late, driver missing. Anything would do just so we know to make alternative arrangements. It’s not rocket science to let travellers know why no bus. Very poor service.

Not too busy on Friday morning I visited. The station was calm, easy to navigate and to find platforms.I like location of this bus station because it’s convenient and close to the train station, and tam.Everywhere was cleaned and tidy and there were lots of clean restrooms/toilets.There were plenty of seats to wait for your bus and there lots of electronic timetables displayed everywhere.You can buy/renew your passes, and do enquiries at the Travel Information Centre. The Staff are Quite Friendly, Supportive & Helpful.

Easy to navigate and find the platforms. Also, the location of this bus stations is very convenient: just in a short walk distance from the train station.The place is also covered and very well designed from safety perspective as the area where buses ride is locked from pedestrian and cannot be accessed.The station is clean and tidy.Refreshments and toilets available in very close proximity.I can recommend it.

Large bus station. Bit confusing if you don't know which bus stop to go to. Sometimes a wait for your bus. Keeps you dry from the rain. In walking distance of the railway station. And tram stops.

We had to wait 35 mins to get on a bas that usually comes every 7 mins (BUS 59 ). Even if 3 buses arrived at the bus station, only one left back with passengers. We had to wait another 15 mins for other bus to come for us. Weather very cold and a lot of elderly and small children also waiting at the quewe. No one seemd to care about us. Extremely disappointed.
