Went to see snooker greats. Suppose to start at 19:30 they wouldn't let us take our seats gone past then. So lots of standing around and queuing in cramped venue space hall ways until then, why they couldn't let people take their seats before I don't know . I had emailed after booking about if it was possible to view the snooker table action properly from our seats. They never answered my query. The answer is no you can't. Table action is shown on the screen. Show didn't get started till 8pm. Otherwise venue is OK. Parking limited.

We watched Steeleye Span here & were impressed with (in no particular order) the plentiful street parking , helpful staff , very good views & sound in the Auditorium & General cleanliness/tidiness of the venue.The show lighting was okay.But as per usual with theatres/music venues the drinks were slightly pricey & one Ale wasn't on that I wanted .Overall a good venue (& a brilliant gig !) , would go again.

We've always enjoyed our visits as it's not a huge place so feels like an intimate show.The staff are always friendly and helpful so I would recommend giving it a go .There's lots of parking in the area although I would get there early if you want to avoid a bit of a walk to the venue.

Starting to look old, alot of the seats are torn and covered in black tape, could do with some updating. However some good shows are put on there and it does make an enjoyable place to go

Came tonight to see John Robins. Really nice intimate venue. Didn’t get the lady on the doors name, (Lucy and Yak pinafore!) what a lovely friendly welcome from her and so so helpful. Definitely come here again for other events

Toilets were very dirty, no toilet roll, the show ‘Our House’ was very confusing . She’ll suit wearing cast members singing along to ‘Baggy Trousers. ‘ the song ‘Embarrassment’ didn’t match the actual reason to the song. Wouldn’t go see again. About 20 of us left at roughly the same time, and we were not all part of the same group ! Very disappointed, don’t waste your money

Have been to the Spa Centre twice. Once to see Joe Lycett back in 2019 and the second to see the Aladdin Christmas Pantomime 2021. Both times I was impressed. Ample seating in the bar areas across multiple floors to sit and relax before your show. Plenty of toilets dotted throughout the facility and more than plenty disabled parking spaces literally right outside the entrance. In both occasions Staff were helpful and courteous and wouldn’t hesitate to return when another show takes our fancy.

Useful tips when coming to this venue:- there is an upstairs bar where the queues may be shorter- the seats don’t have a lot of leg room. If you need space, book an isle seat.
