Removed most of the wax for me, and advised me to see the doctor as they thought one of my ears was infected. Only took about 20 minutes, wish I'd done it sooner!Edit: the ear wasn't infected. It was black wax. I would expect someone that removes earwax to know what black earwax looks like.

Great health centre, needed ears cleaned. Micro suction. Absolutely brilliant. Got me in the next day. Kim was brilliant from earful, very comforting, explained things clear. Took her time and did things correctly. Can't thank her enough. Excellent service. Thank you.

I wasn’t sure what to expect during my appointment however I was immediately made to feel relaxed as the process was explained to me clearly and simply. The wax removal process went very smoothly from my point of view with no discomfort at all - tho it was explained to me that following the advice to use olive oil for several days before the procedure had helped to soften the wax build up which made it easier to remove. Overall, I was very pleased with both the appointment and the outcome

What a lovely experience at Earful. I originally booked for wax removal however on attending my appointment the nurse said my ears were clear, so she just performed a hearing test and I was sent on my way. No upselling, didn’t charge the amount I was expecting, just the consultation. Really impressed all round, would recommend.

on my first visit they couldn't carry on with the procedure so they told me to come back after 2 weeks and gave olive oil drops, i was only in the appt for 15 mins or so but their still took £50 from me which I wasn't happy about, they then advised I'd have to pay a further £30 on my next visit. I contacted head office about this who after afew discussions agreed to give my second appt free. even after my 2nd appt they still hadn't done a good job even though she was experienced, I definitely wouldn't recommend this practice you'll be wasting your money.

I am now a regular customer with Earful at their Preston Healthport clinic. My appointment was for 10am and bang on the dot I was called through. As always I was treated very well and the process was satisfactorily completed within 20 minutes; this included the clearing of both ears and a short hearing test. Highly recommended.

Very nice friendly young lady who made me feel at easeHad wax removed from both ears, just a little wax in one ear still because I used Otex which unfortunately isn't recommended because it's disperses the wax over the ear drum. The other ear completely clear though. You can see your ear drum on the camera. Have been advised that using olive oil for 3 nights and spraying with shower in the morning will clear the last remaining wax.I would highly recommend earful, I feel so much better after being blocked for about ten days. Worth every penny.
