Very pleasant. All the staff I met were very friendly and approachable and the students were well behaved.

Its taken me a few months to write this review, as this school is truly awful and will damage young minds and souls. When feelings run this strongly and then this info is placed in the public domain, I feel you have to be very sure that its meant and not said in anger, so I let Jack settle into another school for nearly a term where he has blossomed before righting something detrimental.BCS junior school forces education to a level that causes depression and desire to stop learning. The school is run by bullies and causes a bullying attitude in children. The school says it's all inclusive but runs itself like an elitist school pushing levels of expectation from children and parents that is not acceptable, causing frustration and sadness rather than allowing for a joy of learning.

The school and its teachers have been an essential contribution in building the character and determination of both my boys, giving them perception, confidence, eloquence, knowledge and strict moral values, so I have a lot to thank everyone on BCS community.

As much as going to school is seen as a chore for young people. Bcs only made it harder for you to actually learn, so utterly bothered by little things, especially in 6th from, and all I heard was you’d be fired if you did this at work. Well I’ve left now, havnt been fired from my job and I’m now balancing uni life too where I’m getting on great. I think the teachers (not all) just need to get off their high horse and come down to reality, especially in 6th form, where they expect us to act like adults and treat us like children, on a daily basis bcs was super demoralising and I’m happy to have got some toxic people out of my life. As I said not all teachers were like this, hence 2 stars not 1 :) and some had a great impact on me, but overall I’m still so happy to have finally left.
