Very poor company. When you ring its hit and miss as to whether they will pick up or not. Sometimes they respond to emails the same day/a few days later or just not at all. They tried to over charge me for my equipment and said they would send a breakdown of costs which I never recieved. They said the extra cost was probably for insurance" which makes no sense as I was not paying for insurance.They said in an email they would arrange a delivery slot with me however the next email I recieved from them was telling me my order had been shipped and would be delivered the next day with an 11 hour delivery window

It has taken me 6 months to receive my equipment and software, in addition, several times they had got the final quotations wrong, billing me over the actual price. Customer service is good.

Having been paid in advance for an iMac through the Government Fund an out of my own pocket, I found the system much slower than my MacBook Air, due to the fact Invate installed unnecessary security systems, unnecessary packages that hinder my time and progress and generally slow the iMac down. As I do have a business to run I have found this very annoying and time consuming. Invate Limited billed for installation which didn't happen and when approached about this did not respond.

Great service, very good communication and no problemsInvate were very helpful. Good at replying to emails and answered the phone promptly. All of the customer service people I spoke to were very helpful and informative. Delivery was pretty fast and through a courier firm. The courier messed up the delivery time but this was not the fault of Invate. Would reccommend the service.

Simply appalling. If they are named on your DSA letter I strongly recommend that you immediately contact student finance and demand another supplier.

They were pretty helpful; they are the cheapest option for DSA. If you want good-quality equipment, use another supplier. Student finance is cutting back; soon, it won't be fit for purpose .

The worst service I have ever received from a company that professes to have been ‘ born out of a passionate desire to improve the quality of service provision for all DSA students’I have waited over 24 hrs to receive a call back for my daughter and still waiting ... all I am told every time I call that the technicians are on the phone and will call back - no one calls back and I have to repeatedly call back - and I still don’t get a call backAppalling service and the founder himself was a DSA student Chris Quickfall- I wonder if he received any better service there’s certainly nothing quick about his service .

Invate is the most unreliable service ever. They were good in the beginning but now in my most crucial time of need, the have blatantly ignored me intentionally. I am a university student and a few months ago my laptop stopped working. Once I had my laptop fixed, I called them over and over again for help on what to do to secure my special software back. They sent me links but did not fully instruct me on what I need to do since I have a learning disability. I called them numerous times and they never picked up the phone. I called them more than once today and no picked up the phone whatsoever.Invate staff are way too unreliable and unprofessional and they have been so difficult to get hold of and I feel sorry for those who have gone through all that hassle and pain. But Invate have been highly disrespectful to me and have ignored me since I am in my final year of university.

I purchased the standard DSA laptop from Invate after being advised during my needs assessment that someone would deliver the laptop and set it up for me. The laptop was actually delivered by DPD, and therefore there was no set-up provided (I assume because of Covid, although none of this was ever explained to me).I used the laptop for around a week and found that I am literally unable to type on it due to the unusual layout of the keyboard. I contacted Invate to ask if anything could be done, as the laptop was in perfect condition, I had not used any of the software, and I still had all of the original packaging. I have now received a condescending email from a member of staff, who helpfully explained this is why we offer upgrades prior to shipping". There were no solutions offered.I will now have to purchase a new laptop
